Sometimes shortcuts that are in fences hop out. I've seen posts about word documents hopping out, but I think this is a different case. I can create a Fence and a shortcut to an executable (for example, c:\windows\notepad.exe). As best I can tell, this happens if the shortcut in the Fence is selected on the desktop and I lock the desktop. When I unlock the desktop, the selected shortcut has hopped out of the fence.
