I am disappointed to come back to give the game a go since it's been a while since I played and now the proxies don't even work properly! They had just about solved the connectivity problems but now they themselves are a major problem source - one that is basically being ignored, despite the fact that it basically prevents many people from playing.

Not working for me either. Game is basically unplayable again as I'm one of those people who simply can't connect to certain others. So frustrating that the proxies were finally up and I could usually play with my friends (provided people don't quit all the time as soon as they see the proxied ping) and then they just disappear :(
It's likely that the ping is just down to the way mobile broadband works, independent of the actual throughput speed. I would imagine though that Sky will let you upgrade the current package that you have to include faster broadband, it shouldn't be complicated at all.
From rank 3 heal removes negative effects, as a consequence I am pretty sure MOTB will do nothing to Sedna if she heals herself with rank 3 or above heal. The mark is removed by the heal without doing damage. I certainly haven't noticed MOTB doing damage once I have rank 3 heal, although potentially it could be but the red damage no. is not shown. It also removes the slow from mines.
Whilst it is clear that you guys are working hard on the problems and that is appreciated by the community it has essentially been let-down after let-down with almost no progress made since release. Unfortunately in business and most of real life you do not get credit for 'trying hard' - you get credit for delivering results. I suspect your ping would be pretty awful using wireless 3G broadband for gaming here in the UK, I seem to remember a PCGamer article where they gave it a go a while back and basically it was not good enough for gaming. You'd be better off paying for a better communal line (which would be cheaper), though tbh the bandwidth usage of DG should probably be quite low so I'm not sure why having a shared connection would be a problem anyway (unless the others are constantly dling/uploading on bitto

The more people on GR the better! I can't play through impulse and if we get more people on GR then the wait can come down further. Innoc, that's an interesting point, I had assumed you did not get the xp either if you hadn't done 25% damage. I really appreciate the regular status updates and they are essentially the only reason I haven't asked for a refund on the game. I am really disappointed by today's update though. I can't believe you have lowered the priority of getting the proxies sorted and instead you are focussing on people that can already connect! Surely you should focus on getting everyone able to connect first!
I have never been able to connect to one of my friends with the game and only once or twice to another out of maybe 100 tries. Most times it simply would not work at all and give the old one-size-fits-all error message, disconnected from the nat facilitator etc. Now the error message we get is that I have been licked from the game I'm attempting to join. I assume that is just a generic response because I know my friends haven't actually kicked me at all.
