any particular information i should send along with that email beyond the problem itself?

already tried it with lowercase/all caps. Not using any O's/I's/L's. we tried registering my friends key on my impulse after he installed and it worked fine. just mine doesnt seem to. just tried it a few more times with my info and no dice. Possibly just have a dead key?

"the serial number you have entered is not recognized by impulse"

On a whim i bought DG today with a friend and came home to install. His install went through without a problem. Mine on the other hand has been nightmare. After i install and get impulse going, i log into impulse to register the game and get the 204 error about an invalid serial number. Puzzling. Am I missing a page where i go to register the game prior to registering it in Impulse? I've checked my serial, made sure im using dashes etc. I'm not full retard but i cant fi
