Impulse cannot locate the base application / Please register it to have Impulse install it or Search for it now in Galactic Civilizations II

Hey guys, Just bought GalCiv2 and the expansion and every time I try and download the game via Impulse it asks me to register the game. It’s already registered in Impulse and I keep getting the error. Any idea what’s going on? Already sent an inquiry to support and am waiting a response nut was hoping that the community may know what’s up.
