Campaign Bug in Bug Reports GalCiv2 Forums

I recently purchased the Ultimate Edition of GalCiv II, and I'm currently playing through the campaign mode. I've reached mission 6 in the Dread Lords campaign (Apocalypse), and a couple of strange things have started happening. First, during the course of the mission, the Dread Lords captured one of my planets. At this planet I was building a freighter, or I had a trade route established or something, but after the planet's capture, two of my freighters remained in orbit and provided
