Does anyone have an idea of what to do if the orginal purchase did not come with the serial number required to obtain updates in the first place? Nothing in the manual, nothing in the box where it was suposed to be. Kinds puts a sour note on a new purchase being denied needed updates when I actually purchased a legit version of the program. Any help or ideas would be most appricated. Thank you,
