I think I downloaded it straight from the windowblinds website (https://www.stardock.com/products/windowblinds/downloads.asp) but I could be wrong. If the experience score is the root issue, what should I do? Thanks. -Nick

Yesterday. I just tried to change the theme again and it reverted back to the standard vista theme -- not the one selected. Also, every time it reverts back to either the 98 or vista theme, Windowsblinds closes. Thanks.

I downloaded windowblinds and am having the same problem. I have vista 32-bit and restarted as well. I also downloaded a theme to use instead of using a windowsblinds-created theme but it did the same thing -- reverted to the windows 98-type theme. Thanks for your help.
