The scroll wheel works on the box with the mouse USB IR attachment installed. I had to put a mouse USB IR stick on each computer so that the mouse on my primary can scroll via multiplicity within EQ.

EQ and EQ2 are two different games. I have never had a problem as the OP stated with EQ2. I had it all the time in EQ. Multiplicity still locks up the primary computer in Everquest. I seriously doubt this will get fixed. Everquest works differently then EQ2 and WoW, lots of boxer type programs do not work well with EQ and it's because of how EQ handles inputs as backgroud/foreground. There is a program called Innerspace that will force EQ into the foreground where inputs will work
Download this , do not run it from the pop-up. http://sd.stardock.com/mike/apps/reinstall_mpp_service.bat Unload (exit) multiplicity. Find where you downloaded the file, right click and run as admin. Start MP, try to connect. I had to do that with all my comps. None would connect without reloading those.
Ok, looked around trying to find a solution and see that this problem has been around for a long time (at least since 2006) and still is since I found nothing that offered up a solution. The only way I can see going around the problem is to have a computer you don't use for boxing EQ set as the primary computer. Luckily, I run 10 comps, 9 accounts and the 10th comp is just for surfing the interweb. Not an ideal work around since I am going to have to rebuild my download computer into my
Got 10 computers running MP. had problems with all secondary computers scroll wheel not working in EQ, but figured out how to make it work. Had problems connecting all but the very first secondary computer, but figured that out. Have a problem with CONTROL of EQ being lost on the primary computer. All other computers continue to run EQ fine with MP and EQ runs fine on the primary computer....I just can't control it. Everything else outside of EQ works fine with MP...just no control of E
Just started using MP. I mostly hardware box EQ, but controlling two melee's via a KVM is not ideal, so when I saw MP for $13.99, I gave it a shot. Currently I am moving all my computers around and it's all in peices, but I got 2 boxes back up post haste just to check out MP. Main box is running Vista ultimate x64 and is set as primary, second box is XP home x86 and is set as a slave, also I set my secondary computer as being on top ( will be running 10 computers once everything is up a
