Aditional Info: Windows XP Home, WindowBlinds 6.02 (x86).

I uninstalled WindowBlinds, but some changed it made were not removed. I am getting a frequent error "dll user32.dll was relocated in memory" and the windows icons (WiFi, sound, Shutdown Menu, IE Icons, ect) are all stuck with the horable theam I was using, but I can't seem to get them to rever back to the windows default, and I don't want to restore, any help is apreciated. Thanks.
