my mouse is set for right hand and the lock dragging is not checked. i didn`t have this problem before uninstall it the first time.

Hi all, i was an user of 1.5 ver and a few days ago, i don´t now why, my wife unistalled it. so i download the version 1.9, but now i´m absolutely unable to drag and drop icons to the dock. simply appears circle with a line crossing it. i´ve tried everithing...unistall and reinstall, ccleaner, AV please help me, i really like this program. thanks.
