Thanks for the quick reply. What would I need to upgrade. I am not very computer savvy and I am not a gamer at all. I bought the game because I am sort of a political nerd. Is there any CHEAP upgrade I can purchase or do. I bought the game for $10 at Target so I don't exactly want to go and buy a $100+ graphics card but I really want to play the game... What are my options? Thanks for the advice!

I just purchased Political Machine 2008 and I have few to no graphics and my mouse is very choppy. I read some other posts and here is what my video card says.
