I have to say so far Im not impressed with Stardock support at all. I sent an email on the 6th of Feb and am still waiting for my issue to be resolved. I researched my issue on the forums and found that I need to email stardock support, I promptly did that with all the relevant information: New copy, no other email addresses on impulse, where/when I brought it, etc. My first response asked for the information that I have provided. Waited a week, got another response. Ask
