Best bet would be to just download fresh through Impulse. If you would like archive files to restore later to save a download, right click on the item you want to download and choose 'Download and archive'. This will only download it however. To install, click the orb in the upper left and choose 'Restore archive' and then pick what you would like to restore. Alternatively, you could use Impulse Anywhere http://anywhere.impulsed
For WinCustomize, I would suggest clearing your internet cache and cookies and then try again. If you are having trouble from within the Impulse program, click the orb in the upper left and choose 'Preferences'. Click the 'Reset Data' button. Once this process completes, sign in again and try to download.
If you have a PayPal account you could use that. If not, please send an email to sales@stardock.com to find out your options. Worst case scenario is if you know someone that has a credit card and would be willing to help you, they could gift it to you in the store and you could reimburse them.
Please follow the link below: https://esupport.stardock.com/index.php?_m=downloads&_a=view Download the "Blank Icons Fix" for your platform (32 or 64 bit) and run it. Make sure to right click and run as admin if you're using Windows Vista.
grond1234, please email us your dxdiag/startup info as I detailed in my post above so we can take a look at your system and see what might be going on.
LordVengeance, if you can send an email to support@stardock.com with your serial number we can manually register it to your account. Once this is done, you will need to download the game via Impulse Anywhere as Annatar11 pointed out. For future updates, you will need to re-download the entire game from Impulse Anywhere.
You will need to have the game merged into your account. Please send an email to support@stardock.com with the email address that would have been used to make the purchase and we can take care of it for you so that you may update.
If you have some antivirus/antispyware/firewall software it may be interfering with the download. Try adding Impulse.exe as an exclusion within this type of software and then try again. If you continue to have trouble, please send over your startup/dxdiag/Impulse error log info to support@stardock.com as detailed here: https://forums.stardock.com/341573
If you have the activation string, which would look something like this "m=1&v=1&a1=D13A622050BB308A....", please send it in an email to support@stardock.com so we can manually decode it for you.
It would be best to install via Impulse as you have the game registered to your account. If you would like an archive which you could back up, use Impulse Anywhere http://anywhere.impulsedriven.com/Default.aspx You can sign into Impulse Anywhere with your Stardock.net account and download the installer/archive files for the game which you can then back up to portable media if you would like.
Check out the ObjectDock wiki here: http://wiki.wincustomize.com/wiki/ObjectDock:_Installing_and_Using_Docklets http://wiki.wincustomize.com/wiki/ObjectDock For trouble with particular docklets, check the WinCustomize page of the docklet for info on how to configure/troubleshoot it. Many times this
Impulse Anywhere was not really designed in mind as a method for getting the latest patches. You can download the entire game which is updated whenever a new patch comes out, then use those files to install overtop of your current install.
Welcome and thank you for the comments! Stick around, Impulse will continue to get better.
Please send us your startup/dxdiag info as detailed in this thread https://forums.stardock.com/341573 so we can look at your system configuration. Please send to support@stardock.com
Try deleting the file 'Games.prefs' which is located here: YOUR USERNAME\My Documents\My Games\Gas Powered Games\Demigod Then launch Demigod and try to log into multiplayer.
If you tried the reset data procedure from Shirley's response and you still cannot download it, please try downloading from here: https://www.stardock.com/products/fences/downloads.asp

Please visit this page http://www.impulsedriven.com/LSV and click the 'Add to account' button. Type in your email address and you will be given a free registration for LSV. Once you have this, when you sign into Impulse you should be able to update without issue.
If you made the purchase under a different email address than what your account is under, please use our transfer tool to get the registration associated with your Stardock.net account. https://www.stardock.com/support/registrations/
The date stamp in Impulse does not accurately reflect upon the version that is available. That date is simply when that particular version was made available on Impulse because there were troubles with the systray support on 64bit machines with the version that was previously available.
