Please forgive my ignorance, but I need some direction. With most of the Wincustomize applications, when you download them, they are automatically opened by whatever application they are associated with. The Bootskin skins are in the zip format. I would like to know where that location is. I've tried doing a search for the names of the bootskins that are already installed but haven't had any luck. I've tried unzipping to the Bootskin application, restarting Bootskin (Vista) and it's not there

I had a new mainboard installed on my computer. I re-downloaded deskcapes and can't remember where to put the license code I was issued when i purchased it. Please advise.

I found several logonstudio vista images that I downloaded, but they were in a zip archive format. As many of the images on the LogonStudio website simply open directly to logonvista, I'm a little stumped as to where to "unzip" the zipped files. I've tried performing an advanced search for the file names of the images already installed, to no avail. Please advise.

I see you're not getting an answer to your question. It's been 3 months for you. I'm having the same problem. When I inform them of which ones are the problem, they don't respond. Not a great way to keep customers, huh?

I run Vista Home Edition 32-bit with dual monitors and a Radeon 9600 SE dual-monitor video card. I've updated the drivers, gone through most of the troubleshooting suggestions, and to date, my dreams are still jerky. They move for a second, stop, move for a second, (do dah, do dah). Please advise if you have any suggestions. Thank you in advance for your time and effort.
