Sorry if this is in the wrong section or if the topic has been asked on the same page but I'm in a rush as I have to go out soon so I don't have the time to look. Anyway, I reformatted my PC today and I reinstalled Blinds, no problems there, however when I go to apply a skin it doesn't actually change it, all it does is change it to the old '98 theme. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling Blinds, tried rebooting etc but th
