Thanks CarGuy1, it worked. I had tried reinstalling before, but didnt know about the folder that was placed into the programdata folder, maybe you guys should edit the installer to remove that on uninstall or to delete the contents if its found on install.

i guess i was confused where the stardock website states that deskscapes is FREE for vista ultimate users. I guess they should list if its only a free demo (kinda defeats the purpose.) I have this working fine on my other vista ultimate computer without paying for the software. I will give the instructions listed above a shot.
I have installed deskscapes on my vista ultimate laptop, from the website, its version 1.02. I am having issues playing dreamscapes. I get the message to purchase deskscapes.(I was under the impression that it was free for ultimate users.) I have stardock central installed and get a message that my registration is invalid and to purchase one when i go to update deskscapes to the new version (v2.00.058) What do i need to do to get this working?
