Thanks, I sent emails to both of those addresses already. It is a little annoying though.. no instant gratification. There webpage says their business hours are only M-F, so I guess that means I can't expect a reply until Monday. That really sucks.

So I purchased Sins of a Solar Empire digital download version online using Paypal. I received the paypal receipt, but it doesn't provide any instructions for actually downloading anything, nor does it give me a serial number to use anywhere. The only email that I've received is the paypal receipt. How is this supposed to work?
