Digital Download Purchase

So I purchased Sins of a Solar Empire digital download version online using Paypal. I received the paypal receipt, but it doesn't provide any instructions for actually downloading anything, nor does it give me a serial number to use anywhere. The only email that I've received is the paypal receipt.

How is this supposed to work?

You should get an email from Stardock with your serial number. If after some time you still have not, you may have to contact support@stardock.com to see why there was an issue with the transaction. But I'm sure it'll get straightened out.

Thanks, I sent emails to both of those addresses already. It is a little annoying though.. no instant gratification. There webpage says their business hours are only M-F, so I guess that means I can't expect a reply until Monday. That really sucks.

There are some older posts on here about people having Paypal issues. I'm not sure how many did vs. how many didn't, and yes, it's definitely unfortunate that it's the weekend, but I'm sure it'll get fixed up as soon as they get your message.
