In the Singe Player, I can only have 100 for ship capacity. How can I win the game? The enemy can build more than one capital ship. How can I win if I can build only one capital ship, 3 cruisers and 4 frigate? It so UNFAIR!!! Eventough I win in every area like credits income, research and even culutral influence, etc. Because of military gap, I can't win forever. How can I increse the fleet capacity?
