I did provide the email since this one is for spam collecting. Didn't get a reply.
I did download impulse, but my usename doesn't work. When I retrieve the information, I get the message I posted above. I messaged sales@stardock.com a year ago about this and didn't get any reply. When I go on stardock and enter my email to retrieve my serials, I get a shorter version of the message above with the proof I purchased sins, but no account information. When I try with this account, I get my password and everything.
