Am attempting to change the icon on a specific file type (winzip) file properties so it will display correctly. Under current icon package 'zip' files display as 'txt' files. How do I import 'right-click' menus into the 'right-click' menu manager?

What, exactly, is the 'filter by tag' function in the WindowBlinds/Wallpaper supposed to do? I assumed it was supposed to allow you to sort your wallpapers by subset. Doesn't appear to be working though. Any help would be appreciated.
