Thanks; this solved my immediate problem! I can at least move the mouse pointer around and manipulate the other computer. There are other more minor issues, but now I can try to address them. Thanks again.

I upgraded from Multiplicity 3 to 4 today, and when I connect to my secondary PC, the mouse cursor is so slow that I can't do anything. Can anyone advise on how the steps to diagnose and fix the problem? Note, I did not have this problem with version 3. Thanks
