Can connect to secondary using KVM, but unusable

I upgraded from Multiplicity 3 to 4 today, and when I connect to my secondary PC, the mouse cursor is so slow that I can't do anything. Can anyone advise on how the steps to diagnose and fix the problem? Note, I did not have this problem with version 3.

Thanks

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. Please try purge and reinstall steps as mention here : [Link]. Just make sure to redownload the latest version from your account page. Reboot after the purge. Reinstall and reboot again after the installation. Repeat on all system. Retest and report back here.

Thanks; this solved my immediate problem! I can at least move the mouse pointer around and manipulate the other computer. There are other more minor issues, but now I can try to address them.

Thanks again.
