If the hotfix restoring Planetology tech to Silicone/Synthetic is going to be delayed.... any easy editing I can do to restore this to the game? Right now I can trade for the techs but get no functionality. Some of them remain eligible for trade even though I already acquired them. Rather game breaking for the races both to play and as an opponent to be at such a disadvantage. Also, I am not sure if an artifact is doing it, but computer opponent
