How do I heal units and champions in War of Magic Stardock Forums

So, Janusk has fought a few battles, and he's taken some damage, but he doesn't seem to be healing. I've tried not moving him for a turn, but that doesn't help. How do I heal?

The reason that WOW was a huge success and their other games, is that they do that.
