I just purchesed the window blinds 6 program for my windows xp and it appears to have downloaded correctly, however, when i click to open the file from the download manager, it says it needs an external application to open the file. The options then are to click launch file or cancel. Nothing at all happens when you click either. I also tried to open the file from the location i downloaded it to and i get an error pop up the say tha
