Are you implying that XP was good from the start?
no way, but i saw too much ads for the 'great' new vista
I experienced this same problem on Vista Ultimate, however if you follow the handy "find a solution" link that Vista offers you, it will blame the crash on video drivers. After updating to the latest video drivers from AMD, I have not crashed once.
as with any goods i'd prefer an os good from the start
sorry for disappointing you but this is vista. slow and lots of bugs.
Stardock allows you to install the game for your own use on more than one computer. I switch Metaverse games back and forth between my laptop and desktop system without issue. To share a game between computers, synchronize the whole GC2 directory in "My Games". You need the ship files as well as the save game.
that's a great news
"The transaction with the server has taken to long to complete..".
i'm also getting the same message from time to time
