I am trying that same link, it says I am entitled to an upgrade, I click on the get it now and the upgrade price is the same as the new price. $6.99? How is an upgrade for a previous owner the same as buying it new?

I am trying to download the free trial to try fences out. But nothing happens when I click on Download.
