let me give you some alternate interpretations/possible posts:
My point is, why couldn't you say anything in your initial post other than just plaster your friends list up there with "Friends List, R.I.P." for the title? I mean come on! How about: "Got to looking at my friends list and I was hoping that some of you would reply if you see you name up there, especially if one of your smurfs is there." You know, something! Or, even: "Since I'm a

Out of how many games? Anyone else still getting mini's? I have yet to have one since the patch.
Day 5 of Patch and so far no de-syncs or mini-dumps reported after almost 22 games of Diplomadness. Please post if you spot one.
Patch Day late and dollar short? Oh well, at least I haven't had a minidump since the patch. Now maybe the ranks will fill steady.
One person whose pic i'd like to see is caius. I bet he's 30 year old virgin.
Caius is actually a bot. His code got nerfed though.
As improbably as it may seem, perhaps Sins will enjoy a small revival as new people purchase Trinity and come online without having to encounter the experienced players who quit the game.
Not really that improbable. We are seeing more than a trickle, but less than a flood. I would say not quite a steady stream yet.
still having fun
With the patch to fix desync (and resulting mini-dumps) last night, we all will finally be having more fun!
WOW the JUDGMENT ON THIS FORUM is weird.........like momma said "If ya aint got nothing good to say, don't say (post) anything at all.................
You post a long ass list with the title "Friend List R.I.P". No commentary, no explination, just this giant list. wtf are folks supposed to interpret from that? Then to say you were just simply, merely, cleaning out your friends list... what, so you could dump it in a misleading titled post? And to further
PS. As of today I'm retired from SINS at least via ironcland online.
Uninstall is the cure. Delete altogether lest you be tempted to venture back online!
The mass exodus of the online community is kinda sad.
No sorrow here. Just malcontents and malingerers. Anyone that has time to bitch about anything and everything should just uninstall and go about their miserable existence. [e digicons]x_x[/e] I would rather play with a bunch of noobs tha
Welcome Benson! Dirty speaks volumes when saying it's in your interests to get the game mechanics down before venturing into the multiplayer community. You will save yourself and your allies a great deal of frustration. For instance, the "allegiance lowering" phenomenon you report is actually what is known as "Culture". Culture is spread from broadcasting structures you construct in your planets logistical slots. It crawls through space from planet to p
Nothing happened. Just another forum drama.

I'd like to see more on the forums regarding actually playing and enjoying the game rather than comments about how it's so-bad-since-I-am-leaving accompanied by a boatload of negative criticism. Heck, if you are bored, just move on--it's still fun for those of us still playing. This game will always have a fan base and I would happily buy new expansions for it if they are offered.
what they said
You guys that are talking about how sad it is, this and that, and lamenting people leaving crack me up. This game has legs, and it may not be going places anymore, but it will stand around for a long time.
As for 4v4 and 5v5, none of us have ever been interested in that format in any RTS. There's absolutely no skill required when every player can just specialize and spam one thing because their teammates will cover the rest.
That is utterly absurd. What teams have you been playing on? In a 4s or 5s, there are acknowledged roles yes, but by virture of the random map placement, this varies considerably to the point that you can't possibly assume any predetermine
DoW 1 Rocks! Haven't played 2 yet, but I hear it's geared mainly towards multiplayer. Come back occaisionally Zoom. Who knows, with all the noob traffic, we might still have a fledgling community in need of veterans!
Welcome Andraxal! You can find games most anytime, but times will vary during the day as to when it's most populated. Lately there is a slight decline in groupings while people make the transistion to Diplomacy, but that is where you will find the most usually. There is a semi-regular crowd that congregates evenings till 11-12PM CST, and weekends are generally active as well. Good luck and Have Fun!
Yes. For $10 I can get a large pizza, which 1) doesn't require patches to be usable, and 2) is something that I'll never regret spending money on.
Go eat your pizza alone. Then visit the toilet.
I've been content to step down and join vanilla Sins games lately, and it's clear that at least a few other players are hopping between servers and joining whatever games are available
Evidence that the crowd follows the crowd. Make a stand and step up to the b
I like your attitude CON. While everyone else is bitching about 3 skirantras are OP, Diplomacy has divided the already small community, and how horrible smurfing is, you are focused on what matters - helping players learn the game. I wish the devs would post the figures on how many new Trinity players there are daily, weekly, etc. I have seen gruntloads. This game is no different than many other long term mulitplayer games that go on for years and years with a steady i
Quoting Shadow_of_Light, reply 66problem with keeping track of smurfs, if they really want to be in your game they can make a new random name account, i really do not see a point in trying to keep track ? My thoughts exactly.
Yeah, but chances are that after the "developed" smurfs are exposed that gives the host one less unknown to uncover in a non-smurf-tolerant game. Suddenly seeing a bunch of low record p
If that is the case, shouldn't we stick with Diplomacy?
What he said.
If ICO wants SINS II to get a foothold, they will take to heart this issue of identity tags.
The thing is if we try to teach new players eventually they will get better and more better=skilled players means bigger community and better team games.
Wht he said.
