No Response from sales after found out i want refund in Object Desktop Stardock Forums

I have purchased products in the past and as recent as tweak vista from stardock with great experiences, until now. I ordered object desktop basically for deskscapes and it is buggy on vista and also seems to use up to much cpu power. I was told I should contact tech support before getting a refund issued only to never get a response from them going on a month now. In contacting sales now all my emails are simply ignored.
