When you set's DLC "Crusade", you will only available Campaign's "Tutorial" and "Milky Way". In others campaign you will not be able to play, as they are not adapted to the new gameplay. On planets always the "Maximum population" = 0, and the population will decrease, tending to 0. In such a situation to play in the Campaign is impossible. You can only play the modes "New game", "Quick game", in "Tutorial" and in the Campaign of the Milky Way.
