How would I keep an icon from hiding if the context menu has no option to do so - such as the "Paul-Laptop" and "Paulp575" icons?

Wasn't able to do the sandbox due to my laptop running Windows 10 Home Edition. Went through my C and D drives and removed all instances of StartMenuX and Orginarysoft. Also did that via the registry editor - being very careful to remove only the appropriate instances.Ive attached some screen shots showing: 1. Desktop after boot up 2. Each one of the desktop icons' context menus. <img src="https://cdn.stardock.us/forums/30/22/3022968/42c87e8f-2abf-4f77-
Uninstalled StartMenuX. No change in the context menu for the 2 icons mentioned above (Reply #2).
I disabled it but nothing changes. Thinking about deleting it and installing your Start11 (on my Windows 10 computers). Question about Start11: On my desktop running Windows 10 Pro I have a lot of programs in the StartMenu that I can not delete (many of them are labeled "system"). They are programs I will likely never run/use. Will Start11 allow me to either delete/uninstall or preferably hide them from the startMenu?
Okay; it is probably StartMenuX. I'll try disabling that and report back. Thanks.
Thanks for the reply. I figured out just double-click the desktop and it makes the fences disappear. Seeing the title bar is not a problem for me. I created them by right clicking on the desktop and then creating the shortcut. When I right click on each icon, the context menu doesn't have have the option to
Exact Windows version \ build (winver.exe): Windows 10 Version 22H2 (OS Build 19045.4412) I am using the trial version of 5.53. Created my first and only group to be hidden by Fences. Trying to hide headers so they only show "On Mouseover": This behavior exists even after rebooting the laptop.
