I had the same issue, until i stoped using the software as i never got a responce from support. I run vmware (i think it was on my primary - might of the been the secondary can't remember now), but when ever i had more then one network up on a machine (once again can't remember if it was the primary or secondary) it wouldn't connect, but once i disconnected the extra networks (so only the primary lan connection is enabled) and it works again. Hi, i have a desktop machine as my primary computer, it only used one network adapter. I use a laptop as my secondary machine, when there is only one adapter enabled, it works as a secondary with no issues. If i start up a secondary network connection (ie a vmware connection, or a connection using the microsoft local loopback device), multi drops out. The primary is configured to connect to the secondary machine via the primary ip address (192.168.1.44). T

Hi All, sorry to bring up an old thread, i am having issues with the primary and secondary reporting they are both working and won't connect, after some investigation, it seems if i bring up a secondary network interface on my secondary pc (ie vpn, vmware adapter) multiplicity just won't connect at all, check to see if you have multiple interfaces on your secondary, and if you do, try disabling them Note: i have multiple interfaces on my primary and it works fine.
