For anyone who is even remotely a fan of FIREFLY. This little SP of a gem released Oct 20th, I just got around to trying it out a few days ago. Aside from the obvious firefly flavour it feels like Freelancer in some ways? It's DX11, has a fantastic soundtrack, comedic value and well combat is just FUN! ;) Oh......and it's $20 on STEAM!!!
Up here (in Canada) the carriers have been choosing one or the other model for a while now. Then we consumers just needed to choose between 'Unlimited Data' (with the potential for speed throttling) or 'Set Data Plans' with no speed throttling. As doc pointed out, the wording 'unlimited' has always applied to quantity not quality (and that is actually the consumer's fault since when comparing cell providers and plans everyone was a
Thanks for posting doc! Yes, hopefully his actions won't be forgotten but rather emulated by others around the world. It seems every day there is more strife in the world. All it takes is one of us to *start making* a difference each day.

Starkers, weren't you singing the iPad's praises just a few months ago? [e digicons]O:)[/e] In any case as stated in the op the 3 reasons I bought this tab for weren't about replacing my desktop or even a good notebook and were certainly strengthened by the discounts offered at retail currently.
Is it worth it? Seeing as several retailers have been offering it at a substantial discount I finally picked one up. Here are my concise thoughts. CONS 1024x768 (what is this 2010?!?) 1.2 quad core somewhat weak processor 2 GB RAM 16 GB onboard storage (expandable via SD card

However, I did not experience pop ups while on majorgeeks... nor have I ever. You could try navigating to WINDOWS > SOFTWARE DISTRIBUTION > DOWNLOAD and deleting everything in that folder. I had one machine also stuck. Did that and it finally finished properly.
Yeah the game is definitely easy to pick up but what I found really satisfying is that it has so much depth/complexity that isn't immediately apparent. The campaign (tutorial) doesn't explain the half of it........for me the game really began in 'continuous mode' and/or the online 'domination mode'. A lot of depth to explore in Anno 2070 (not unlike the rest of the series).
Thing is.....the game is great for sure........but what I find best about Anno 2070 is actually the game's UI. I have played so many (too many) RTS/Strategy games in my life with (by comparison) absolutely horrible UI's so I just had to pause playing to post about it. UBI / BlueByte have done something really right with Anno 2070 and I hope it continues in Anno 2205. The UI is fluid and informative without drowning you in unnecessary information. I&
