Mechabellum https://store.steampowered.com/app/669330/Mechabellum/ It is an auto-battler that you can get into for 15mins or 3hrs. I've been playing it on and off since I think 2023 (when Paradox released it). Whatever you did in the previous round of the match you are stuck with, but you can add more units and tweak some things (there is an ability / card that lets you REDO one u
.....Just my 2 cents.
Brad, after I apply my Canuck-istan tariff's on your 2 cents......it becomes a whole nickel! But seriously, in my elementary view of the situation I have observed the following: 1. All non-domestic goods consumed by nations (at least the 'have' nations) have not been costing the consumer reality-dollars for a long time. 2. The disparity created by the wildly disproportionate equations o

Wow.....well that was an interesting ride..... I make this post. Check back the next day or so and everything is GONE. For a hot-minute I thought Brad had personally banned my ass! I'm glad my cancel-culture-infected-brain was wrong and things are finally getting back to normal around here! @Doc -- Glad to see you're still haunting these 0101001's.......it would have been truly depressing to not find any of the 'old guard' still around and activ

Hi guys! monk here......I know.........been a while! I'm wondering if the powers that be (ahem....Brad...or more likely Jafo or ID) could maybe have someone from support send me an email please!! I believe I had a license for Multiplicity (at some point) but it seems to have gone buh-bye. In any case, great to be back posting on here again.......only this time it's ME in need of support! ;) Thanks guys!&nbsp
Well, as MS jumped onto the app-store train, so having an account makes full sense to me. I don't see condemnation of Apple nor Google here which do this for years now. Nowdays You literally can't even have decent software nor games on Your PC or even pay for them without having a myriad of accounts all arround the interweb. So what is the outrage again? Well hello folks! Here's hoping everyone was able to have a HEALTHY Christmas, and hopefully a healthy and happy New Year!!! Been a few years since I've even lurked around these waters, but I figured I might check in and say "hi". I'm still alive, and have (as of 10 days ago) relocated from the very center of Canada (Winterpeg) to the extreme west coast (Vancouver Island). I work remotely (mostly because I can) and am at this point semi-retired (which really means

Lols……..sorry OP not laughing at your specific issue......just bear with me for a minute as I relish some delicious irony......[e digicons]}:)[/e] I recall some days in the distant past on these very forums on numerous threads wherein I very much seemed the one-and-only defender of STEAM in the face of often overwhelming opposition from anyone/everyone (aka STEAM is bad, STEAM is evil, STEAM will steal your soul if you let it...…. etc. etc. e
Do you have specific criticisms of IE11? Or Edge? Just curious (aside from your statement) why you've stayed with IE10. Thx.
My apologies...... I was speaking to someone on the phone at the time I was posting my response and even though it is technically 'edge' my brain still sees it as IE. I meant EDGE (or as my brain sees it "IE for Windows 10") I apologize for all the confusion. <p
If browser developers would take a look at popular (and highly useful) extensions and just build the functionality into the browser itself, would be nice. I realize that's a long road to go down, but just sayin.
Agreed , and I have to say IE 10 EDGE has impressed (me at least) with the built-in/baked-in functionality it brings to the table.&n

lol......when will people learn? [e digicons]O:)[/e] ALL extensions (by the nature of their being 'extensions') have the capacity to make a default (any default) browser vulnerable. I personally have never (and won't) used an extension for a browser ever. Then again I have also never used anything other than IE......ever. As always, thanks DOC for sounding the alarm and posting the p

I picked a little gem I used to play on the Xbox 360. Split Second http://store.steampowered.com/app/297860/SplitSecond/ Being a direct port from console to PC the controls in menu are a bit wonky and not intuitive. While it has controller support it must be connected and ON before you launch the game and the controller does NOT work in the menus. There is also no online MP unless you use V

Yes, anything can be changed. The argument revolves around should it and how? These questions however cannot and should not be debated by people like 'the professor' who simply see the internet as a 'series of tubes'. In the world of physical security we secure things via (my favourite principle) 'least privilege'. We secure rooms, floors and even entire buildings via this principle. It is when an individu

As an individual whose work deals specifically with network traffic security/integrity I am still constantly reminded just how much I, even as an "IT person" still don't know/understand about same. I can however agree with everything kryo said above. The individual referenced in the OP most definitely has little to no "real idea" what he is talking about and unfortunately without knowing "why" something works it is pretty pointless to debate changes to the "how".

The average computer user cannot make themselves untraceable. That is fact. Everything mentioned above actually does precious little in that regard except suggesting a false sense of 'privacy'. Nothing more. Sorry guys, that is the sad reality.
