Using the Xbox smart-glass app to control your xbox (yes I know you can also use that app on the iphone etc.) and being able to message, game-invite etc. all from the phone is really neat. Another tip: In case it hasn't been covered and isn't immediately obvious. If you right-click where the START button used to be you'll get a bunch of things like the "run" ocmmand etc.

I am glad you and moshi said *most* and not *all* since I am a huge fan of Win8, have updated most of my systems that are actually running MS OS's to Win8 and have even waded into the business-foray with Win8 in tow.
