Hi guys!  monk here......I know.........been a while!

I'm wondering if the powers that be (ahem....Brad...or more likely Jafo or ID) could maybe have someone from support send me an email please!! 

I believe I had a license for Multiplicity (at some point) but it seems to have gone buh-bye. 

 

In any case, great to be back posting on here again.......only this time it's ME in need of support!  ;)

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Please raise support ticket using the link below, use "Ask a Question" option. Include all information details. Remember to record down the ticket number for future reference if needed. Do not raise multiple ticket, that will make your ticket back to the end of the line. Send once and wait. Ticket will be answer by the order they send in.

Wow.....well that was an interesting ride.....

I make this post.  Check back the next day or so and everything is GONE.  For a hot-minute I thought Brad had personally banned my ass!  

I'm glad my cancel-culture-infected-brain was wrong and things are finally getting back to normal around here!

@Doc -- Glad to see you're still haunting these 0101001's.......it would have been truly depressing to not find any of the 'old guard' still around and active.  I will endeavor to make more time to check in here not just when I can't find a serial number for software etc.

@Support -- I really have no idea where to look for the serial regarding Multiplicity as it wasn't a subscription at that time but I will contact support via email (now that services seem to be restored).

You know it Jafo!  When have I NOT stirred the pot around here?  hehe  O:)    Good to see you guys back up!  Even though I hadn't been around these parts in some time, it was impossible to imagine it just all suddenly gone.
