I purchased Galciv II Dread Lords Gold Edition which includes the Dark Avatar expansion several months ago. I played the DA game for a 2 or 3 months and everything was fine. This weekend I installed Impulse and downloaded the latest patches and tried to fire up DA. The top 4/5 of the screen turns black, while the bottom 1/5 remains the desktop and then nothing. DL seems to work fine. I updated my bios and video drivers, but this did not change the behavior. * What OS yo
