Works now thanks for the reboot advice.

I wasnt going to uninstall cuz i didn't like the skin it broke my computer and now i'm afraid of it.

I went into WindowBlinds and chose the Windows Xp skin and then clicked Apply my changes. Then it created this bugged version of windows classic.

I installed the molten theme after installing the program and rebooting. I didn't like the dragon (I am not a dragon person or really any mythical person to be exact). So I tried to restore the original windows theme. Upon doing so it made it look like a bugged version of classic. I really want this fixed so I can uninstall this program and never touch it again thanks.
