I have notice this as well and found that if you use the stock windows xp start menu instead of the classic menu it works fine but I still cant get the system tray icons to work in winxp As for windows 2000 the object dock wont work at all it just crashes every time I try and open it

I am having the same problem and cant figure it out either and also when i ignore this crash i am able to use it but still cant seem to get the system tray icons to work either in win2000 or xp
