It is a simple enough question, one would think: can i still (re)activate my downloaded OD applications after my OD subscription expires. Evidently i'll just have to wait and see since a support ticket for that question remains open for weeks with any answer given EXCEPT the answer to my question. Have been using Stardocks products since OS/2 but since i'm not migrating to Windows 8 any further subscription is pretty futile. It is saddening to note how an old and loyal client

The primary computer goes to sleepmode, second computer not. Second computer contains audio files. Primary computer wakes up, connects normally to the network, all network drives visible and accessible. Primary computer runs JRiver MediaCenter 17 When opening MC, all displays normally, all music folders are visible and can be accessed. When trying to play a track MC times out the same it does when the network drive containing the audio drive

good advice, but obviously ignored ;) I tried cursorfx, objectdockplus, both run so far without a hitch. i copied the roaming folder from my vista to my win7 and objectdock came up with my docks flawlessly. Impulse itself is a bit iffy, has some issues. WB installs fine, skins get applied, even work. But as above noted folders don't get opened and the taskbar/menu is a mess. Applying the windows aero skin from wb resets everything fine. With wb running no issues. please update

My bootskinpro version 1.01.024 works fine it tells me. And it did. Till i installed sp2. It just shows a blue aurora like bootskin. So i uninstalled sp2 because it has a lot of other issues. And now it still shows the blue aurora. I uninstalled bootskin, reinstalled, applied the bootskin. No error messages. Reboot, blue aurora..... Which part isn't rolled back upon uninstalling sp2 that bootskin does this? Vista x64

it works on my vista x64, but it's still not problemfree. major problems: hotspot is displaced from actual cursorposition and is very tiny. You really need to pinpoint. cursor gets 'sticky' without any direct reason. I.e. the cursor starts to move in starts and stops. Reboot needed

happens to me frequently, on vista ultimate. Mostly after a crash reboot. Simply go to services (services.msc) and restart the dwm service.

yes luis, till you find out that the upgrade moves your themes to the public folfer. All replaced icons with direct link to the themes folder r broken. Nice detail

i assume thats a no then. And Stardock? Can you add a control panel to Deskscapes? There is already the pause, just a fast for/backward would be nice

Just a question, are there others who use deskscapes as HD movie player? I found by trying out deskscapes give the best performance, quality with almost no processor load whilst playing a 720p or 1080p film. sound is good also. You cant use controls however. Wouldn't it be a thought to add a few basic moviecontrols? I compared deskscapes with Blaze, WinDvd, PowerDvd, Fantastic DVD, Cool DVd. It beats them all, most won't let you size the display to full screen without displaying the annoying

i used molten, but now i have the dragon all over the place, also every windowanimation shows up in the upper right corner. running ati, same problem as the dragon skin?
