I'm sorry, it appears this was all just some confusion on my part. Suffice it to say that I had the wrong sig.bin in the wrong directory. However now I have activated both Dread Lords and Dark Avatar and both are running correctly. Thanks for your time.
I recently purchased Galactic Civilizations II: Gold Edition, updated it to the latest version, and then activated it by email. Now whenever I try to run the program, Windows just hangs there and nothing happens. I receive no feedback and no programs are even attempting to load. After the initial installation, before downloading any updates, I was able the program and it worked just fine.
