No-one replied to this - I suppose because no-one else was having the same problem. I had great, speedy help from Stardock Support, but nothing seemed to work until I reset Windows 10, and then installed all the W10 upgrades AND used the WindowBlinds latest beta. Suddenly, the taskbar was skinned again, and all has been well with every skin since. I have just purchased WB10 and all works well except that the Taskbar won't skin at all. I also have Start 10 installed. Previously, way back to the Technical Preview of Windows 10, and before the notices went up in this forum about WB not being compatible, I installed WB8, and used the compatibility mode, as someone here suggested.
