yet another day without help on this problem, does stardock even have a support dept

i have 2 tickets open and the first one still has not been replayed to and i have to go to work yet today

have a ticket since yesterday and no responce to it yet also emailed support and also no responce

bought elemental and gamestop and the game loads to 100% then i get a fatal error and tell me it errored in the install and to try agan, did it 5 times on the desktop same prob

is there any one out there to help

I bought the limited edition, and it will not install on my desk top, or my lap top. it loads to 100% then gives me a fatal error on the load. both the desk top and lap top are running vista sp2, made sure of that. they also pass the other requirements. can some one help me ore did I wast $70
