Just installed DA and was playing a custom game in windowed mode. I was viewing the Domestic Policy Screen and had clicked from the Espionage tab to the Trade tab when the crash occured. Both tabs remained highlighted and the game froze. I waited about 10 seconds, i then tried to shutdown the game via the titlebar's close button. Less then a second later the game resized the desktop to about 25% of it's original size (appr. 400x300 range), set the color depth<br
