I'm not using Norton 360, and unaware of any other software that could be interfering with Fences. I'm concerned about uninstalling/reinstalling Fences. I've got three Fence groups and one has 205 icons.

Me too -- unable to create a new fence on my desktop. Right-Clicking on the desktop in an open area shows the pop-up menu with the Configure Fences option at the top. Clicking this option shows the Stardock Fences 3 (version 3.0.9.11) app window, but the only thing there is text saying to create a new Fence by drawing a rectangle on my desktop, which doesn't work for me. On that same screen, down at the bottom, In the Basic options area Fences, is an Enable/Disable checkbox
I'm using the Windows desktop background option to show images as a 'slideshow', and I'm using a bunch of transparent icons of the largest supported size, which I've placed in the middle of my desktop to creates an 'empty' space large enough to allow the largest sized background images to show without regular/normal icons to cover it. Feature Request Pressing a letter, number, and supported special character key while on the desktop or in a folder, allows you to focus/highlight a matching file/folder on/in the desktop or folder, but after installing Fences files and folders moved into Fenced groups no longer supports finding them. Please consider adding this ability so that items in Fences aren't hidden from searching this way across the desktop and all of the Fenced groups. Also, ple
