Vertical Taskbar, Right side of Monitor 1, Combined Buttons; no hover, clicking won't focus that program.

Hi!

When I have the taskbar vertical on the right side of my monitor 1, programs with multiple windows combined as one icon, clicking that icon doesn't create the flyout showing the various windows.  Also, hovering over the icon doesn't show the flyout.  So right now I have 3 Chrome windows open; clicking the Chrome icon does nothing.  The only way to switch between the Chrome windows is by ALT-TAB.  Icons with only 1 window work as normal for clicking to focus them, but hovering doesn't work.  Have restarted Windows, have tried many fixes suggested by Gemini+ (https://share.gemini.google/HWnRwT2hwvN7).

If I set the taskbar to be vertical left, same problem.

If I set the taskbar to bottom, everything works fine; hovering over an icon with one or multiple windows: flyout appears with all windows shown; clicking an icon opens the same flyout where i can click on one ot the icons in the flyout.

This issue seems to be related to the recent v2.73 update.  Continues to occur with v2.74

Hoping there's a solution.

Cheers!
