Ok so I had windowblinds working fine then i uninstalled it. When i went to re-install i got the needs a reboot message. I tried everything on these forums with no luck, i even uninstalled everything and deleted the registry values. Nothing is working. Please help. OS: Windows Vista Home Premium Comp.
