Bebi Those belkin surge protectors have some wall mounting holes on the back of them I would try mounting them just under the wood part of your desk then plug your stuff in and cable tie off the slack, you will still see the cables however they will in a nice bundle very tidy looking! P.S. Just don't get the cable ties to tight! King819
