Unfortunately: No success

I´ve no problems with CursorFX 2. After I´ve installed CursorFX, the program does not start. I´ve tried it with administrator privilegs, shut down my bitdefender - no reaction. And I´ve the same problems on my notebook too. (Both machines have Win 10, 64 Bit). Now I returned back to version 2. Thks michael
